Kim Delaney, an American actor best known for her role as detective Diane Russell on ABC's NYPD Blue series, for which she received an Emmy Award. Kim Delaney is known as the character Detective Diane Russell in the ABC series NYPD Blue. Also, she was a part of the drama show All My Children Philly, CSI: Miami, and Army Wives. Delaney was born as the only child from her mom who was a homemaker as well as a senior executive from the United Auto Workers. Delaney was a child with 4 brothers.
